Since my plans for today have been basically canceled I'm left with a lot of time to kill. I had cleared everything so I would have today free, and since Open Office is still being touchy  and I need to have my tech guy look at my computer I can't even organize my notes to do some work.

I'm too distracted to read, there's nothing good to watch, and I don't feel good to going for a walk isn't too appealing either.

This is my current schedule for the next two weeks:

• Organizing our office and den
  
• Lots of research
• Plotting out NaNo novel
• More research for non-personal projects
• Mini Halloween Party
  
• Work
• Getting the rest of our Christmas cards and shopping organized

Then for all of November I'll either be working or trying to write a 50,000 word novel in 30 days.

Well that's the plan anyway.

Except for a minor cough and a runny nose I seem to be over the flu/cold I had. Which is a huge relief with it being Thanksgiving weekend. I can also focus on writing and all the things I love again. When I'm really sick I'm too cranky to really enjoy anything except movies/television and nice big mugs of tea due to my lack of concentration. Perhaps the medicine has something to do with that.

I'm going to try working on this blog over the weekend. There are lots of links I want to add and I noticed my NaNo word count widget isn't showing up properly so I need to see what's going on with that.

Other then that I'll be spending time with the family, cooking, and baking. Should be a nice weekend.

I've been sick for nearly a week now. It hasn't been any fun at all because I can't get anything done, I also haven't been sleeping well since I got sick. I spend most of the night coughing.

Hopefully it's making it's way out now so that I'll be okay for the holiday weekend. I have a lot of cooking to do and I can't be sick while I do that.

There isn't much else to say but I sort of felt like blogging.
